Penny is shown here with Presidential Candidate George W. Bush during a campaign gathering.  The song Faith, Family, Friends and Freedom was inspired by and written for him in May 2000.  Ms. Neff  proudly states, "Being a native Texan and having the honor of meeting both Presidents and writing legacy music for them is a tremendous and humbling honor.  Both men have been personal inspirations to me and mission of Airborne Girl Productions.

Penny chats with Sergeant Tom Vatagliano from the 2d Bn 75th Ranger Regiment.  Sergeant Vatagliano was  selected as The Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for the 75th Ranger Regiment.  The award was presented during ceremonies held during Ranger Rendezvous 2001.  Airborne Girl Productions awarded a $500.00 U.S. Savings Bond to the winner.

At the Ranger Memorial Awards Ceremony - Ranger Rendezvous 2001,  Regimental CSM Walter Rakow, Sergeant Vatagliano, Penny, Specialist Fourth Class Kleinman, and Colonel Ken Keen, Regimental Commander, 75th Ranger Regiment.
At the July 2001 Change of Command  Ceremony for the 75th Ranger Regiment at Fort Benning, Georgia.  Penny sings the National Anthem.   The ceremony was history in the making because it was the official debut for the "tan beret".
